Your ancestors have provided you with many attributes ,compassion,strength,anger etc
You must sometimes show your anger (re: thieves)it’s quite natural and nothing to be ashamed of.if we didn’t have anger and love and hope and hatred and compassion and revenge none of us would be here today

January 9, 2012 at 9:07 amHi Paul, Thanks for the comment and for listening to Pause for Thought this morning. Not ashamed of my anger, as such. The point is about keeping it in check, really. I think the point is about uncontrolled aggression that gets carried away. Hence putting ‘a bolt on the back door on the emotions’ and channelling energy constructively to bring about change, rather than negatively. Always a challenge to get everything you want to say into a short time. Happy New year to you! Tony
