For those who asked for a copy of my prayer from this morning’s SQT on Premier Christian Radio:
I thank you, Lord,
that when ‘I show up’, I find you ‘show up’ too.
I thank you, Lord,
that when I stop chasing the day, the day finds me.
I thank you, Lord,
that when I put down what I’m doing,
you help me to take things up again with a new perspective.
I thank you, Lord,
that when I am running on ’empty’, you refill and empower me.
I thank you, Lord,
that the smile of your love makes me smile too.
I thank you, Lord, that a moment ago, I was too busy to be thankful,
but now I am more than thankful
I am blessed beyond measure.
Amen.
