AUDIOPOT is run by Christian broadcasting charity HCJB-UK based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. HCJB-UK is the British office of HCJB World Radio, the international Christian broadcasting organisation which started in Ecuador in 1931. HCJB was the world’s first missionary radio station and they now partner with Christians around the globe, overseeing radio and healthcare projects in more than 100 countries. For more info about HCJB-UK try their website.
2006 is HCJB’s 75th anniversary year so they have decided to celebrate by planning two special events in the autumn to which you are cordially invited. The events are called LIVE OUT LOUD!
Their first LIVE OUT LOUD! day takes place at Carrickfergus Baptist Church in Northern Ireland on Saturday 30th September, and the second will be at Shirley Community Church in Solihull, West Midlands on Saturday 7th October. Both days will feature the President of HCJB World Radio, Dave Johnson, and a host of other speakers. There will also be a choice of workshops to attend on mission-related topics, including a special session on AUDIOPOT.
The days will begin at 10am and finish at 4.30pm and registration is free. Lunch is included. One easy way to register is by going to their website and clicking on the LIVE OUT LOUD! icon on the front page. Alternatively you can phone the HCJB-UK office on 01274 721810. They want others to join them to celebrate 75 years of God’s life-changing ministry through the work of HCJB.
