Not ashamed of my anger, as such. The point is about keeping it in check, really. I think the point is about uncontrolled aggression that gets carried away. Hence putting 'a bolt on the back door on the emotions' and channelling energy constructively to bring about change, rather than negatively. The "Table Talk"meetings have given me encouragement to look again at my (sadly) fading faith, and to realise how much God and the lord Jesus are part of my very need to to go forward.
